Eligibility for Title VII Program:
- 506 Enrollment form (available at each site)
Services:
- Early Childhood tutoring on-site during school hours
- Elementary tutoring on site during school hours
- Secondary tutoring on-site during school hours
- High School tutoring on-site before or after school by appointment
Eligibility for Johnson O'Malley (JOM) Program:
- Tribal membership card/letter or CDIB. The JOM Program requires the student to possess tribal membership of a federally recognized tribe. Written documentation must be provided.
Services:
- Assistance with school supplies
- Assistance with classroom fees
- ACT Test vouchers (one Jr. year and one Sr. year)
- Cap and Gown vouchers
- Career Fairs
- College Preparation Counseling
- College visitation trips
- Fees for educational and extra curricular clubs (school sponsored)
- TI-83 Calculators for check out for high school students taking higher level math
