Hello Racers! My name is Sharon Rider and I teach Pre-K at Newcastle Early Childhood Center. I am a Newcastle graduate, as are my three daughters.  I have been teaching in Newcastle since 2004. I received a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. In my 29 years of teaching I have taught 3rd grade, Kindergarten, and Pre-K. I believe instilling a love of learning in our children and making it fun is important. My assistant is Polly Matthews.  She is absolutely MARVELOUS!
